Episode 22 of Taurus Tech Talk is now live! This week we are joined by another long serving and dedicated member of the Taurus team, Chevas King. Chevas has been with Taurus for almost 15 years and has played a vital role in growing Taurus into the company that it is today. Anybody who is lucky enough to know Chevas knows that she is avid note taker and always strives to be overprepared for anything and everything she takes on. This podcast was no different, leading to Corey and Robert going off script and throwing a few curveballs Chevas’ way! As a result, our podcast with Chevas turned into a very fun episode that you won’t want to miss!

This week we continue the series of ‘Getting to Know Taurus’.

We were honored to be joined by Bryan Kaylor. Bryan, or “BK” as he’s known around here, has been with Taurus for almost 13 years and currently leads the support team, which is arguably one of the most important groups that we have.

As with any other Taurus Tech Talk, our aim is to cover the hard-hitting topics, such as “is a burger considered a sandwich?”. We don’t want to give away any spoilers, but this question has really ruffled some feathers.

Taurus Tech Talk is back!

This week we continue our series called ‘Getting to Know Taurus’.

The idea behind this series is to show off all the personalities that make Taurus such a special place to work.

In the second episode of the series we sit down with one of our longest serving employees, Bryan Raney.

Bryan has been with Taurus for just under 16 years and currently leads the technicians. Bryan is seen as the “Man with the Plan”, the guy behind the scenes pulling the strings.

This was a very enjoyable Podcast to record, and we are proud of that Bryan was able to keep it somewhat politically correct.

Taurus Tech Talk is back with episode 19!

This is a very special episode of Taurus Tech Talk as it was recorded live at Taurus’ 4th Annual Technologies Showcase.

We had the privilege of being joined by Robert Dutton of Legrand, and Marc Harrison of Crestron.

This was a particular fun episode as we wanted to say hi to everyone during the middle of the show, who might not have been able to make it to this year’s Technology Showcase.

Another Friday, another Taurus Tech Talk!

This week we kick off a brand-new series called ‘Getting to Know Taurus’. The idea behind this series is to show off all the personalities that make Taurus such a special place to work.

We start the series off with one of the biggest personalities in the office, Tim O’Quinn.

Tim has been with Taurus for just over 7 years and currently leads the design team, where he works with the sales to ensure the client’s vision come to life.

In the podcast we covered some of the hard-hitting topics of today such as why Tim is not an Astronaut or The President, what Tim’s spirit animal is, and why he is always quoting Space Balls on sales calls.

Taurus Tech Talk episode 017 is now live!

This is the second installment of a two-part series where we sit down and talk with both of our owners individually. In this first episode we are joined by Kevin Langham, President.

Much like the last episode with Aaron, we sat down with Kevin and spoke about all things Taurus – We got to hear Kevin’s point of view about how Taurus came to be, why Kevin believes that Taurus is different, and what Kevin would have done if he didn’t start Taurus.

We even spoke about some really pressing issues like what Kevin’s favorite word is, and who would play Kevin in Taurus the Movie.

This was an enjoyable episode to record, and we think that you are really going to enjoy it!

In our very first virtual recording of Taurus Tech Talk, we’re joined by Fernando Laclette and Steve Stacy from Almo Pro AV, a value-add distributor with a focus on the integration community. We also spend some time discussing the unexpected pros that have come out of these unprecedented times as well as the encouraging way businesses have been able to pivot their offerings to better suit the new world we've found ourselves in.
