013: Work From Home

In our very first virtual recording of Taurus Tech Talk, we’re joined by Fernando Laclette and Steve Stacy from Almo Pro AV, a value-add distributor with a focus on the integration community. Our discussion centers around the changes we’ve all witnessed these last few months with the pandemic and the increased demand for work-from-home capabilities the AV industry has seen as a result. Both Steve and Fernando offer some advice on how to curate the best work from home experience possible, from daily routines to how to best operate video conferencing from home. We also spend some time discussing the unexpected pros that have come out of these unprecedented times as well as the encouraging way businesses have been able to pivot their offerings to better suit the new world we've found ourselves in.
